General meeting, arranged on the 3rd of December, 1998, decided on increasing capital by another 85 mil. Kč in the form of subscribing new shares with utilization of preemption right of current shareholders with condition, that subscription for shares above this amount is not permitted. CITELUM,S.A. subscribed on this increasing of the capital 442 shares, which was payed off by monetary investment in the amount of 44.200.000 Kč VČE, a.s. subscribed on this increasing of the capital 408 shares, which was payed by monetary investment in the amount of 40.800.000 Kč.

The main field of a business of the company is a transferred custody of a street lighting together with providing of a wiring works and services in a connection with a running of lighting mains, devices of a city traffic, traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, transformer stations, electric supply mains and new current drain places, architectonic building lighting, projection and checking operations, consultations and counseling service.
